L.O.V.E. HELP DESK

L.O.V.E. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

L.O.V.E offers more than just the most secured dual blockchain enabled VPN service that protects your privacy, you, and your data. It provides a holistic approach to online privacy, combining encrypted internet data with additional features like ad-blocking, malware protection, and anonymous browsing to ensure a comprehensive solution to privacy.

Additionally, on the connectivity level, L.O.V.E. uses multiple carriers from AT&T to Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum, etc… so you no longer have dead zones based on which carrier is available in a particular location.

L.O.V.E. Pods are not just multi-carrier, they are multi-transport using the FirstNet Emergency Band, Satellite, and a distributed mesh network.  L.O.V.E. Pods give you the greatest number of options for connecting in any location.

Since nothing is perfect, and that doe include the L.O.V.E. Pod, if you find a location in this network that is lacking speed or connectivity, you can REPORT it here on this website using the “REPORT TAB” and we will get it fixed up asap.

One other thing, L.O.V.E. supports indigenous tribes, and other non-profit organizations. L.O.V.E. gives back all while looking forward by building a clean (NO 5G) network for those who are sensitive to electromagnetic energies.

The L.O.V.E. Pod can connect in over 179 countries, and over 40 additional Territories.

To connect to the network in any specific location you need a “data plan”.  If a data plan is not available in your L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App for a specific country, you can get a local physical SIM card wherever you are and place it in your L.O.V.E. Pod device, this will enable all the privacy, 9 connections capacity, and other unique features of the L.O.V.E. Pod to work in that geographic location.

For optimal performance you simply need local data, either through an iSIM data package provided by Okanagan Holdings (available in the L.O.V.E. GLOBLABL WIFI App – visit here), or by adding a local SIM card.  Instructions for using a local hard SIM are available here.

Once you purchase your data plan in the GLOBAL WIFI App, it can take from just a few minutes, up to 8 hours for the plan to become active and your data to become available.  We are working on increasing the speed of automatic data plan updates.

Make sure to reboot your L.O.V.E. Pod after you have purchased your data plan.

Registration of your Account is under the “Profile” Tab.  The following 2 Videos show the entire process.

The following video can be followed along with.
Click on “Device” in lower left corner, then click “Bind Device”. Manually type in your SN (Serial Number) located on the back of your device, or scan the QR code on the back of your device. Your device should now be bound.
The following video shows you how to change your password used for connecting your L.O.V.E. Pod to external devices such as your phone or computer. Be aware, as an additional security feature, in order to change your password, the L.O.V.E. Pod has to be in close proximity to the phone you are using with the App installed on it.
If your WIFI speed slows down, or the WIFI signal light turns red while connected to one of your devices (phone, computer, et…) it may be the location, or a temporary disconnect. Please try turning off your L.O.V.E. Pod, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.  Reconnect your device to the WIFI signal. If you find you still have a dead zone, please report the location using the “REPORT” tab at the top of this page. Use the same procedure if you have any other issue with the device, it most likely just needs to be rebooted/reset.

When using a L.O.V.E. Pod and you are not receiving a signal the first thing to do is to turn your device off and on again, twice.  After turning the device off and then back on again the first time wait 2-3 minutes and repeat the same process. This will tell the Pod to rebuild it’s place in the network from the available connection options. The L.O.V.E. Pod connects through satellite, the best local 4G tower, and our own internal distributed mesh network. Due to the multiple channels for connecting in the network, it can take longer for it to establish a connection, especially if you are in a new area and didn’t have the device turned on when you were travelling there. Once it does connect, no additional steps will need to be taken although you may notice that the connection is slow for the first few minuets, not always, but we ask that you give it time for the AI to direct more connectivity to your device. If this process does not work from there you will want to optimize the network. Please see the optimize network video for instructions on how to do so. Beyond that you can also file a dead zone report through the www.loveglobalwifi.com website under the report option located at the upper right top of the page. We hope this helps and we will see you on the next video.
The L.O.V.E. “Baby” Pod is called a “Baby” Pod because it’s safe enough to be around babies. As this field test shows, there is a minimal and insignificant increase from the natural surroundings in magnetic field energy. It’s in the green, the safe zone, versus when the meter is near speakers which takes it into the red zone. The purpose of a L.O.V.E. Pod is to keep you safe, and connected. It keeps you safe by having a VPN and built in protections so your data, location, and surfing history fully secure; it goes a step further and makes sure you are safe from EMFs, which is one reason the L.O.V.E. Pod uses 4G versus 5G.

No, you can pay monthly for certain plans, skipping any month you like, or just purchase data allocations, but you have no contracts.

There are no credit checks for purchasing data.

You should first try the “chat” AI box in the lower right corner of the page, it can give you an immediate answer.

In order to do a transfer you will need to have both devices bound to the L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App, if the device you want to transfer too is not bound to your current App, start by binding it.

It will not matter if you are connected to either device to accomplish the transfer.

STEPS:

1) Make sure your new device is bound and select the device page tab in the lower left corner of the App.

2) Click the three button option at the top right, and select add device. This is the same process you went through when initially setting up the first pod.

3) Now, from the device page, click on “Data Package” in the center of the screen. On this page it will list the available packages that you have already purchased.

4) Select the package you have and at the bottom you will notice an option called data transferring. Click that option and then select transfer data to the device identifier you want to transfer the package too.

5) once selected, hit confirm. From there simply hit, transfer, and then choose complete. Once that is done, turn your new device on and connect to it when the light has turned green.

The light is red because no device is connected to your L.O.V.E. Pod, or, there is no 4G connection; however you may still have a signal through the distributed Mesh and Satellite service.  Check to see if you can go online, a green light just means you are connected to a 4G network.

In the first case, connect your phone or computer to your Pod and the light will turn green in about a minute.

If you are connected but lose signal, please reboot the device, in some cases it needs to be rebooted twice (there is a reason for the double reboot).

You may also try Optimizing the network connection.  Optimization instructions are included in the video below.

Once you connect a device, it can take 30 seconds to a minute to connect with the network.  At first it will tell you “No Internet Connection”, wait for it, it just needs time to connect.

The great news is that only the most critical data (name, IP address, etc..) is stored, your pictures, conversations, and browsing history is not stored at all!  What data that is stored, is kept on aboriginal un-ceded lands of the Okanagan Indian Confederacy.

You can always purchase more data, if you have an UNLIMITED Plan like the one for the U.S., your data should not run out.

The L.O.V.E. Baby Pod is a portable internet router with a built in VPN for advanced security and privacy. It connects to all major carriers, through satellite, and the devices Mesh to create their own terrestrial network (the L.O.V.E. Extranet).

You can purchase a L.O.V.E. Pod by clicking here.

L.O.V.E. is an alphanumeric Intranet.  When the speaker in the video below discusses adding more little “satellites”, he is referring to the L.O.V.E. Baby Pod.

L.O.V.E. Pods are super safe, they use no 5G or other potentially harmful ionizing energy.  The L.O.V.E. Pods have been tested for their Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)  SAR testing plays a crucial role in assessing and ensuring the safety of electronic devices that emit RF radiation. L.O.V.E. Baby Pods tested to be 25% lower than global industry standards even though it has a battery, and connects 9 devices simultaneously.

The L.O.V.E. GLOBAL EMERGENCY DATA Pack, upon release, offers a package of data that lasts for 365 days, or until the data is used.

This allows people to be prepared in any emergency, almost anywhere in the world. Purchase the data pack, and have it ready when an emergency occurs, no monthly fees, pay once and you are prepared for the entire year.

This package differs from other data packages that expire monthly, or only provide service to a particular geographic area, which is geofenced for data usage.

The L.O.V.E. Pod is encrypted with a dual blockchain VPN, and is built into the hardware. Chief EnJin, the L.O.V.E. Pod creator expands on the security in this short video clip.

Hold down the little button on the front of the Pod for 10 seconds, then the light will come on.

When travelling to locations where L.O.V.E. is yet to offer over the air iSIM data packages, you may want to load a local 4G Network physical (hard) SIM card into your device, this way you can get the benefits of the device, plus bypass those nasty $10 a day travel passes. This video shows you how to set up the hard SIM for use. STEPS: 1) Use the tool provided with your device (in the box the Pod came in) to open the SIM slot of the side of your Pod, and insert the SIM card into it. 2) Open your L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App and select the device page tab located on the bottom left. 3) Click the three button tab on the top right. At the bottom of this tab there will be an option to set APN. You can get the APN settings from either the packaging that it comes in or, by doing a google search for the carriers name and their APN settings. Once you have the required information type that in and hit confirm. 4) Once again hit the three button tab, go to switch network, select sim and confirm. You are now using the local SIM card for 4G data

Hint. It’s not an abbreviation! L.O.V.E. PROJECT and L.O.V.E. Global Wi-Fi was named after the word “love”, in order to promote the frequency of love.

To differentiate ourselves in online searches, we have added the dots after each letter so that LOVE, becomes L.O.V.E.

Once you connect a device, give it up to  a minute to fully connect across the network, which includes multi-carrier and multi-transport (4G, Satellite, etc..).

Until connected you connected device (phone, computer, tablet) may display a “No Internet Connection” message, that will disappear once the connection process is complete.

The “reset” function allows you reset the WIFI name and password for your Pod to get online.  It does not reset your package and data settings.

To reset, find the pin needle hole near USB-C charging cable input. Input and hold a needle in the hole for up to 15 seconds, until it flickers the lights on the Pod. Your WIFI password is now reset, as well as your WIFI name to the factory settings found on the back of your Pod.

The L.O.V.E. Network that provide you with data, connectivity, and service is operated and maintained by the Okanagan Indian Confederacy, a grassroots 1st Nations Tribe. Godspeed Technologies provides technical support.

Login to your  L.O.V.E. Global WIFI App to update your subscription or billing
information anytime.  You can always buy more data and use a new card for the purchase.

The Password (PWD) located on the back of your Pod is the one you use to join the L.O.V.E. Network, it is that PWD you need to use on your phone, laptop, etc… to connect to WiFi, it is not the password you choose to “login” to the App.

You can change the WiFi PWD if you like, instructions for changing your WiFi password can be found here.

The ” Password” you choose for the L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App must not contain any special characters, only numbers and letters.

Yes!  There is a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for any L.O.V.E. Satellite “Baby Pod” (Pod) that stops working as a result of a manufacturing malfunction.  For instructions on malfunction returns, please contact us.

L.O.V.E. is very similar to regular Internet, but more. Once you connect to L.O.V.E. WIFI, you can go online and browse as you currently do. The difference between L.O.V.E. and the regular Internet is that L.O.V.E. WIFI is a PRIVATE 1st Nations global (closed) Wi-Fi network, not to be confused with an Internet Service Provider. L.O.V.E. WIFI is technically an “Intranet”, with all it’s capabilities we consider it an “Extra-Net”, not an Internet.

Yes, you can.  As part of the Pod being super-secure and totally private, it already  uses a built-in global VPN (Virtual Private Network, with a private tunnel) and servers in a variety of locations.  You can not turn off the VPN in the Pod, but you can use your own VPN with your computer or other hardware that makes a VPN App available to you.

You can also download the L.O.V.E. VPN App and use that to control your origination point.  The L.O.V.E. VPN links can be found in your account on this website.

L.O.V.E. will be releasing an App soon you can download, check for those in our support group located here.  For a free VOIP number, we suggest you get it from: https://www.textnow.com/.

You can also call people with WhatsApp or Messenger via the Pod.  For a dedicated number that allows internet calling to landlines and mobile numbers, other than textnow, you can get Google Voice. It provides free calling within the United States and a free phone number. Access Google Voice by signing in to voice.google.com in a web browser or mobile app (Android, iPhone/iPad). The service also includes text messaging, voicemail, and free voicemail archiving.
